Application and Feedback Survey
We are seeking to build a caring, attentive community and cohort! To do that, we are looking to onboard those who submit thoughtful responses to our survey that will help us get to know you.

2. Review Process
Once submissions are in, we will be carefully reviewing each application and the overall makeup of the group. Expect to hear back from us shortly.
3. Onboarding
After a letter of invitation, we will onboard you with Consent or Assent forms, collect needed information to pay you, and anything else we’ll need to ensure you an easeful time in the B.Q.T. Fellowship.
